Anthropomorphic multi-finger dexterous hand series products

Develop a series of anthropomorphic multi-finger dexterous hand products with independent intellectual property rights for application in the field of elderly care services. Based on in-depth research on the anatomical characteristics of human fingers and the mechanism of joint coupling movement, and considering the operating capabilities in unstructured environments, the compliant characteristics of soft materials are integrated. Research on rigid/soft structure and flexible and elastic sensing element hybrid deposition manufacturing technology is conducted to achieve integrated molding of anthropomorphic finger unit structure and perception. Finally, a rigid-soft coupled anthropomorphic hand structure with biomimicry, compliance, and dexterity is designed.

Lightweight, variable-stiffness lower limb assistive exoskeleton system

A lightweight variable-stiffness lower limb assistive exoskeleton system reduces the mass and size of the variable-stiffness drive unit. A variable-stiffness actuator based on shape memory alloy (SMA) is proposed, with a single variable-stiffness actuator weighing approximately 68.5g. Precise control of exoskeleton stiffness is achieved through dynamic modeling of the SMA, combining constitutive models, phase transformation dynamics models, heat balance equations, and output equations. To maximize the fulfillment of human movement needs, a prototype of a lightweight variable-stiffness exoskeleton is constructed by parallelly arranging variable-stiffness actuators and incorporating a guide mechanism. Product test results show that the exoskeleton's variable stiffness range is 7~20 N/mm, verifying the effectiveness of the exoskeleton's function.

Bionic chewing and swallowing integrated robot

Currently, although research on masticatory robots has conducted food mastication experiments, a closed oral environment has not been built, nor has a bionic face and bionic tongue been designed. Therefore, food cannot be fixed well during food mastication. In addition, none of the current mastication robots have a corresponding esophagus part, so it is impossible to continue observing the movement of the food bolus in the esophagus after mastication.

Artificial intelligence robot-assisted targeted puncture diagnosis and treatment system for prostate cancer

The prostate cancer targeted puncture diagnosis and treatment system assisted by artificial intelligence robots adopts a method combining theoretical analysis and experimental research. By comprehensively considering the difficulties and pain points in the prostate puncture surgery process, it conducts full-process monitoring and tracking of the surgery. Aiming at the technical difficulties of prostate puncture robots, such as difficult lesion diagnosis, poor lesion localization effect, and low puncture accuracy, and the high price and difficulty of popularization of similar foreign products, key technologies are developed. Based on this, a prostate cancer targeted fusion puncture diagnosis and treatment system software based on Windows and Linux, and an artificial intelligence robot-assisted prostate cancer targeted puncture diagnosis and treatment system control system integration have been developed.
